Dear Judy, Arthur, Bruce and Robert,
I was so sorry to hear about your sad news from Elsa.
I am writing to send you and your families our deepest sympathy.
I will always remember the good times all of us cousins had at your grandparents' home when we were young. And the highlight, of course, was participating in your parents' bridal party when Selma, Audrey and I were just teenagers!
Marilyn was always a sweet and loving person. Our son, Jeremy, was charmed by her when he met her in Troy a few years ago to learn something about our family history. And, of course, she was very proud to share all of your many accomplishments.
She will always have a special place in my memory.
With love,
Your cousin, Janice
Mrs. Finkle has passed. I am grateful to have known Marilyn as a neighbor, running a household, raising kids and living out her faith. A real adult with class and style all her own.

So sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. We will miss her. She was a tough woman, and always had a great smile after she got her point across.

That was a surprise--such a feisty and lively woman! I remember her (and her family) from the years growing up in the Troy, NY Jewish community, and how active she was in our synagogue. And that famous red hair ... and wardrobe: she didn't wait to grow old to wear purple!
