Obituary of Kimberly Herman

KIMBERLY C. HERMAN 1968-2009 Kimberly C. Herman (Justus), 41, of Clifton Park, NY passed away on Dec. 7 at home, after an 8-year battle with cancer. A leap year baby, born at West Point, Kim was raised in Morristown, NJ and Potomac, MD. Kim graduated Penn State and earned a Masters at SUNY Albany. She lived in her adopted home in NY for almost 20 years. Kim was recently employed at CAPTAIN Youth and Family Services. She was forever a volunteer, dedicated to helping others, and supporting her friends and her community. She will be dearly missed by her beloved husband Eric, children Samantha and Alex, parents Philip and Myrna Justus, sister Stacey Nordgren, and countless friends and family. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Dec. 10 at the Beth Emeth Cemetery, 58 Turner Ln, Loudonville, NY. Family will welcome visitors at their home after services, also Fri. 12-5pm, Sat. 5-9pm & Sun. 12-5pm. Donations in Kim's name may be made to the teen programs at CAPTAIN Youth and Family Services (5 Municipal Plaza, Clifton Park 12065).
