I met Kim volunteering at the Shen Helping Hands food pantry. She was wonderful to work with. Her enthusiasm was contagious. We had many lunches at the Vista together for me to remember when I think of her. Please accept my deepest sympathy.

As Abbey's Mom, I too fell in Love with the Herman Family. Sami and Alex stories illuminated many discussions at our table. Every time Abbey arrived home from babysitting, she would share her cute stories with me. I would wait up for her and smile as she excitedly shared her newest joyful experience with Sami and Alex. They are both as extraordinary as their parents.

Kim became close with our daughters as they matured and grew into women. They shared many experiences and good times they all cherished. As everyone has, we have our memories to hold on to.
We will miss Kim deeply, and honor her with our continued support of her family. With Love and our Deepest Sympathy,
Patti, Gene, Kristen & Abbey

I have had the fortunate privilege of sharing in Kim's life by providing her chemotherapy treatments and care for her breast cancer at Riverview. We shared so many precious moments, they are too numerous to recall. We shared many hopeful times, many disappointments and faced them together. I can only believe that God has a mightier plan that requires her presence in heaven at this time. I know that she will live on in the hearts of those who love her. I will miss her so much. All my love. Diane

I met Kim during Captain softball about 12 years ago. At softball I also met her adorable daughter Sami. We spent a few softball summers together-and Kim even came to watch while pregnant with her son Alex. Soon afterward, I began babysitting for this wonderful family.
I am so lucky to have been brought into their lives. I cherish the many memories of my time spent at the Herman house. My babysitting nights were almost always followed by visits with Eric and Kim once they returned home. I LOVED these visits and grew to really know and love this whole family. I love you and will miss you so much Kim.
Eric, Sami & Alex-Thank you for making me a part of your lives. I will be there for you always and support you in every and any way I can. Much love and many hugs!!!!
xoxo
