Uncle Charlie was the best uncle anyone could imagine. He was a loving husband, and a wonderful father. I lived out on Long Island, so I did not get to see him as much as yhe other cousins. but when we got together we were always welcome with open arms. He willalways be remembered in my heart and the good times we spent together. Don't worry, the 3 wonderful children that are here will take care of aunt Muriel as she took care of you.
Live you
Judy

I didn't know Charlie well, but always found him cheerful and friendly. I'll miss him, particularly when I come to Beverwyck. Itseems that I saw him there only recently. My heartfelt condolences.

Eric Leighton

My mother's "kid" brother Charlie...When I was a little boy (about a million years ago!) my mom sometimes would call me "Charlie" when she was agitated and couldn't get her words out! (Aunt Gertie sometimes did the same, when she was calling Jay.)

My Uncle Charlie...as far as I know, he was the only sibling who was never involved in one of the Frank family's long-running family arguments. (Personally, I think Aunt Muriel's sweetness kept him out of the skirmishes!) Uncle Charlie... the tall, strong, silent "baby" brother...the beloved "Jimmy Stewart" of the Frank family..always the good guy.

I remember how Uncle Charlie and Uncle Chickie used to be Uncle Hymie's henchmen, before Uncle Hymie got his golf cart, and then his car...ferrying Uncle Hymie in his wheelchair, back and forth in their cars.

Uncle Charlie, I'll miss you very much...visiting you only once or twice a year, I didn't get to know you well, but I DID know that you were always the "good guy" among the "Feudin' Franks"...and that made me feel very relieved and also very proud, to know that there was at least one cool head in the family.

You always had kind and special words for my sister Judy, and it made me feel good when you made her smile and laugh.

Although you may have been the "after-thought," following
seven siblings, you were a much-needed icing-on-the-cake...the dove of peace...sorely needed in your family...truly God's blessing to all of them and to all who had the pleasure of knowing you. You will always have a special place in my memory.

May you rest forever in peace. Amen.
