I am so heartbroken to hear about the passing of Josh. We've been neighbors for over 18 years and Kincaid Cove just won't be the same without him. Sharon, Jeff, Howard, and all the family, please accept my condolences and prayers.
Dear Mrs. Kagan, Jeff, Howard, and family,

I am terribly saddened to hear of the passing of Mr. Kagan. Being neighbors and hanging out in your house so much while growing up, I saw him often. I remember a very nice and helpful person, always having a kind word for everyone who would take the time to talk to me. I have fond memories of the butcher stores, especially the Second Avenue one. It seemed like I was there frequently, and it was not just because my Mom needed to buy some meat. You could always help yourself to a "shpritz" of seltzer (with chocolate sauce). Chickie will be missed. May Hashem comfort you amongst the other mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.

Sincerely,
Leon Paley

My parents, Harry and Miriam Kagan, my sisters and I came from Europe to Albany in 1951 and met the Kagan clann. We found out that we were distantly related. My mother shopped at the store on So. Pearl St. I went to Camp Givah with Fay. I also know Becky from the NYS Assembly. Please accept my condolences.
