To Judith's family
I met Judith through Hadassah when I was president in the 80's. In 2002 our paths crossed again as I was looking for a "home" for my Mom, Harriet Finkle. We were invited by Eleanor Friedman for dinner at the Glen Eddy, Judith joined us for the meal. It made our decission to move into the Eddy easier. It was always nice when I had a chance to talk with Judith who was of course always so well dressed, and engaging to talk to. Last January I moved my Mom to assisted living at the Terrace. Soon after I saw Judith there. Even when my Mom was having difficulity carrying on a conversation Judith sat down and joined us for lunch. We had some very interesting coversations.
She was truly a lovely "lady" and it was always a pleasure to be in her company.
Sincerely,
Andrea Packer
