Although we can't be with you at this sad time our family is willing you the strength to cope. Al was a wonderful role model to copy - he always seemed to be in complete control of his emotions. He was a great Husband and Father, a beloved Grandfasher, and was a highly prized Relative. We are sorry that he leaves us so soon.................

The Aunt Gladys and Family

Although we cannot be with you at this difficult time, our thoughts are with all of you. The Morrisons and the Weiskopfs have been good friends for over forty years which makes it especially tough to lose a gentle soul like Al. His kindness and eagerness to be there when you needed him will be missed by all who knew him.

So many early memories. One that sticks out is me as a 3 year-old running full tilt down a city street only to be snatched up and tossed in the air by my uncle, my hero, having just returned from the war in Korea. I adored him instantly!

Al was a wonderful, warm, caring person and a good friend. A true mensch. He loved people and his spirit will live with us forever. We shall miss him dearly.
He lovced people and you could feel his warmth when he smiled. He had a way of seeing the good side of almost every situation. His humor was contagious. You could have a discussion with him about politics and have a different opinion; he always listened and if he disagreed he said so with respect and tolerance. We'll dearly miss him. I'll cherish the many hours we spent fishing together.
