I want to express my sympathy to Ceils friends and family, especially her sister Gloria, who is my neighbor. Ceil was so chic she made the rest of us look dull, and she was always ready to have a pleasant chat. I will miss seeing her in 222. <br>Sincerely, <br>Susan Rose
