I miss Lil. She brought such light to my life on Pinehurst Avenue. I called her the mayor of Pinehurst. She was a strong, loving, hard working and giving woman.

Dear Goldfarb family, please accept my condolences on your loss. Always will be "big" Aunt Lil to me. Though I was young I still remember Pinehurst Ave. well and believe my love for card games, especially poker came from my summers there. May she Rest In Peace.
Love Bryan

Knowing Lil as long as I have,I can attest to how special she was.She acted as a surrogate mother to all of the boys friends as we frequently hung out on pinehurst ave.Whether we were hungry, thirsty or didn't feel well, she always cured us.
In later years, she remained interrested in our adult lives, families and careers.Even into her 90s,she was sharp, active and so happy to see one of her boys friends. Our sincerest condolences go out to Marvin,Richie,Ronnie,GoGo and Mark and their families....she will be missed but always remembered

To All Lil's sons and your families,
I can remember even when I was a little girl seeing your Mother at family get togethers and thinking how beautiful, glamorous and stunningly dressed she was. Her beauty was striking but her warmth and smile and welcoming ways were also part of her beauty.
And each of you such a fine reflection of her importance of family as you have all been so devoted to her.

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Aunt Lil ( as we liked to call her) . Although I was very young at the time I will always have some very fond memories on Pinehurst Lane. I will always remember Aunt Lil's vivacious personality. I used to admire her from a far as she was adorned in her sparkly clothes that made her look like a million bucks. She will be remembered always.

My heartfelt condolences to all the family and special thoughts to you Mark. I'm sorry I was unable to be at the funeral. I knew Lil all my life and she was one of my favorite people who was not only beautiful on the outside but also on the inside. She opened her home to all and was always sweet and funny. I know how much you will all miss her and how dedicated all of her sons were to her. She is now with her beloved Lenny and may her memory live on in all the hearts that loved her.

Goldfarb Family, I have so many wonderful memories of your mom and I remember her as the beautiful, fun-loving , happy woman she was. The Goldfarb Bar Mitzvahs and Christmas parties come to mind as well as all my visits to Pinehurst Ave. and her friendliness and kindness to me. Even at the end Lil complained about nothing and was beautiful inside and out. My sincere condolences for all of you for life in this world will not be the same without Big Lil as opposed to my aunt Little Lil.
I loved her so……Susie Sommer

I don't know if you remember me. I used to babysit for you. I adored your mother and I loved all of you, even if you were a handful at times ;)
I remember how much your Mom loved sitting in the sun. May she rest in peace, she was a beautiful, kind woman with a lovely tan.
Your Mom and your Dad will live on in the hearts of all of you and your children.
I'm sorry we lost touch with one another.
