Uncle Sam was a wonderful and caring Uncle and lit up every room he entered. He showered my brother David and I with love and when we were young took us to Hoffman's Amusement Park and then to The Toll Gate for the biggest ice cream cones you can imagine. When we became teenagers Uncle Sam, together with Aunt Pat, Martha and Peter treated us to wonderful trips to Cape Cod, including indulging us with huge lobster rolls and also the most amazing french pastry you could ever imagine called "Meltaways". It was not uncommon for us to hear a knock at our window at 6 AM from Uncle Sam and my father letting us know that the fresh, hot Meltaway's had arrived. When my brother and I became attorneys and I ultimately became a Judge, Uncle Sam could not have been prouder of both of us. Uncle Sam called us regularly and was always very interested in the latest " hot topics" from the legal world. Uncle Sam was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He always enjoyed sharing updates with my brother and I about our family members from the East Coast. Uncle Sam was so very proud of both Martha and Peter and all of his grandchildren.
Uncle Sam was a wonderful and devoted brother to my father. He called my father regularly to discuss all sorts of topics. It was touching to see what a close relationship my father had with Uncle Sam and I know how much they loved and cared about each other. David and I are blessed to have had Uncle Sam in our lives and we will miss him dearly. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Love, Susan Fallek

Sam Fallek was an extremely accomplished and deeply caring man who had a positive influence on everyone he encountered. He was kind, thoughtful, and interested in hearing about others and their endeavors. When you spoke with Sam, he was fully engaged and he made you feel special. We will all miss Sam and express our condolences to his family for their loss.
