I was a neighbor of Bernie and Don on Chestnut Hill. We moved across from them about 13 years ago and always remembered that she was the first neighbor we met. She stopped by with a plate of chocolate chip cookies and introduced herself. Clearly, she just wanted to make us feel welcome. We immediately felt great about moving onto this beautiful little community and will remember her as a kind and lovely woman. My condolences to you on the passing of your Mom! I have many fond memories of spending a lot of time at your house on Verplank St. Your Mom was such a sweet lady and always welcomed us at your house! I send my thoughts and prayers to you and David!
