I just heard about Debbie's passing. I was truly saddened by the news. I still remember how you took care of me when my mother was in the hospital giving birth to my sister Perla. I also remember fondly what wonderful neighbors you were and how welcome you made us feel when we moved to Albany. A few months ago my children were in Albany and I asked them to knock on the door of 99 Rose Court to try and locate the wonderful Ungerman family. They were told that you had moved to Florida. I am sorry I did not persevere in looking for you, I would have loved to call and share some memories earlier. Hope all of you are well.

Please accept our sympathy on the loss of Mrs.Ungerman. We know from all our neighbors what a wonderful woman she was. Her obituary showed a well lived life with kindness, generosity, hope for all the people she knew and loved.
