Dear Dave, please rest in peace my friend. 15 years ago at Christmas time I had Dave come to my house to fix my Jukebox. Why Dave you may ask, because he is the BEST, hands down. The first thing Dave did was to come in and see where the Jukebox was located. We turned it on, he opened it up and then sat on his toolbox and looked at it. This seemed like forever and I asked myself what is he doing? I did not need to ask Dave as he started to tell me why he was sitting on his toolbox. He said " If you ever go on a service call this is what you should do" Instead of jumping in and making mistakes, you sit on your toolbox so you cannot use it and think of what is wrong before you start. That lesson became very valuable to me. That same day I asked Dave if he had any Pinball Machines for sale? He answered yes. My Wife and I purchased our first pinball machine his Gottlieb Rock pinball machine and still have it today. Dave just started an obsession with me that has gone from 1 machine to 230 machines. I did not see Dave again for a number of years until I received a call form a person asking to buy a machine. He asked if he could bring an older friend with him to help look at the machine before he purchased it. I said sure bring him with you, little did I know it was Dave. Needless to say we talked for "HOURS" about what he started. From that day forward Dave has come back to my house to help me repair some of the old Gottliebs I have. During his last visit he took a series of pictures of my dune buggy. He could not wait to show them to his grandson Spencer. Dave, you are going to be missed FOREVER my friend. You took a wealth of knowledge with you that will never be replaced. God Bless and Goodbye until we meet again. Your Pinball Friends George and Pat Riley
