Obituary of Matthew Edward Berk

MATTHEW EDWARD BERK 1968-2011 Schenectady, New York Matthew Edward Berk, born on November 9, 1968, died suddenly from a pulmonary embolism on Friday, January 14, 2011. He is a graduate of Linton H.S. and received an Associate in Arts degree with honors from Russell Sage Jr. College of Albany. He is survived by his parents Roberta and Stephen Berk; two sisters, Natalie Berk Terdiman (David) oF Mahwah, NJ, Beverly Berk of New York City, and a niece and nephew Molly Faye and Samuel Terdiman who give him great pleasure and he adored. Private funeral services will be held on January 17. Shiva will be observed at his parents' home at 1238 Viewmont Drive, Niskayuna Monday and Tuesday evenings at 7pm. Donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
