Obituary of Howard W. Roth

HOWARD W. ROTH 1937-2010 Loudonville, New York Howard W. Roth, age 73 of Loudonville, NY died on Monday morning, September 20, 2010 at the Albany Medical Center. Born in Albany, NY, Howard was a lifelong resident. He was the son of the late Irving J. and Della Roth. Mr. Roth was a graduate of Albany High School, Cornell University as well as Albany Law School. He did undergraduate work at New York University. Howard was a practicing attorney in the Capital District for 40 years, specializing in taxation and real estate law. He was a member of Congregation Beth Emeth in Albany. He is survived by his wife, Judith S. Roth, a son, Mark Roth and his wife Ainslee of Milburn, New Jersey, daughters, Carolyn Cigarroa and her husband Joaquin of Portland, Oregon and Susan Roth of Troy, NY. Brother of Arthur Roth and his wife Nancy of Loudonville, NY. Howard also leaves 5 grandchildren. Services at Congregation Beth Emeth, 100 Academy Road in Albany on Wednesday September 22, 2010 at 11:00am. Interment will follow in the Beth Emeth Cemetery in Loudonville, NY.
