Obituary of Ruth Rock

RUTH KLAPPER ROCK 1921-2010 Albany, New York Ruth Klapper Rock, of the Daughters of Sarah Nursing Home in Albany, died on Friday August 13, 2010 at the nursing home. Born in Brooklyn April 23, 1921 where she lived most of her life before coming to Albany In 1998 to be near her son and his family. She leaves her son Hon. Larry J. Rosen (Judy) and daughter Karen Garolfalo of Brooklyn. She was predeceased by a son. She is survived by grandchildren, Deborah Rosen Zamer of Albany (Dr. Josh Zamer), Jeffrey A. Rosen (Jennifer Keys) of Chicago and Monique Garolfalo of Brooklyn. Also, four great-grandchildren: Madeline and Sydney Rosen of Chicago and Benjamin and Jacob Zamer of Albany. Services are private. The family wishes to thank the staff at Daughters of Sarah for their excellent care of Ruth during her time there.
