Obituary of Beatrice Colker

Guilderland, New York COLKER Beatrice Josephowitz Colker, age 99, of the Atria of Guilderland died on Monday evening May 10, 2010 on the day of her 99th birthday, having celebrated it the day before on Mother's Day in good spirits and surrounded by her family. Born in New York City, Beatrice resided in Yorktown Heights, NY for thirty-five years as a homemaker. Beatrice was predeceased by her husband Martin Colker in 1975 and four brothers. She is survived by a daughter, Linda Chandler and her husband Philip of Loudonville, NY and a son, Jules Colker and wife Carol of Downingtown, Pa. Grandmother of Michelle (Shmuel) and Bonnie Chandler and Aimee (Allen) Segal. Great grandmother of Sam and Lila Segal. Funeral services will be private. The period of morning will be observed at the Chandler residence starting Wednesday, May 12 after 7PM and will continue Thursday, Friday and Sunday through Tuesday after 12PM.
