DAVID RICHARD LEICHENAUER 1958-2010 Schenectady, New York LEICHENAUER David Richard Leichenauer, age 51 of Phoenix Avenue in Schenectady died suddenly on February 25, 2010 at his residence. David was born in Albany, NY and had been a Schenectady resident since 1984. He was a graduate of the Milne School in Albany and the Albany Business College. David was employed by the NYS Office of Real Property in Albany at the time of his passing. He was an avid golfer and often played at the Schenectady Municipal Golf Course. He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Heisman, his 2 devoted children, Stefan Leichenauer of Berkley, California and Ryan Leichenauer of Schenectady. Brother of Mark Leichenauer of Canajoharie, NY and Debra Leichenauer of Piermont, NY.Loving son of Douglas and Dorothy Leichenauer of Gloversville, NY. Brother in law of Michael Heisman ( Yolanda) of San Jose, California, Lewis ( Christine) Heisman of Fairport, NY and Stephanie ( Thomas) Murtagh of Clifton Park, NY. David was the son-in-law of Bertram and Lenore Heisman of Albany, NY. He was predeceased by his brother, Douglas Leichenauer. He also leaves many nieces and nephews.
