It saddens me to know of Toby's passing...peace to her & loved ones. for 10 years I lived next door to Toby on Second Ave. She was a fiesty & friendly neighbor. Her two favorite activities were her bowling league....and the JCC. I know her life was not easy these past few years--may she now be at rest....Stephen

There are not many of us left working at the former Sterling Drug Site who had worked with Toby. When I first started at the Rensselaer Plant in 1973 Toby was a lab technician working under George Stark. She was an impressive woman and completely “owned” her lab space. She worked on one of the major pharmaceutical products manufactured at the facility. She was a competent analyst. I remember her speaking fondly of her family and talking about her mah-jong games. She also would cook us hotdogs regularly on the laboratory steam bath, she had a loyal customer base. I am happy to hear she lived a long life.
I am sorry for your loss.
Sincerely,

Susan Morrison
