Obituary of Nettie Fishman

NETTIE FISHMAN FISHMAN Nettie Radlow Fishman of Delmar, New York died on Friday morning October 23, 2009 at her residence. Mrs. Fishman was born in Brooklyn, NY and resided most of her life in Valley Stream, New York. She later relocated to the Capital District to be near her family. She was employed for many years as a bookkeeper for the Penney Saver Publication in Rockville Centre, New York. She was long time active member of Temple Gates of Zion in Valley Stream, NY. She was married to Dr. Louis Fishman until his passing in 1981. She is survived by 3 daughters, Dr. Eina G. Fishman of Delmar, NY, Reba (Michael) Snyder of Brooklyn, NY and Melanie (John) Emmons of Baldwin, New York. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Ariel Fishman-Larsh, Tovah Fishman-Larsh, Kayla Silverman, Micah Silverman, Lucy and Jack Snyder. Services at the Gutterman Funeral Chapel, 175 North Long Beach Road in Rockville Centre, NY on Sunday, October 25, 2009 at 12:30pm. Interment will follow in the Beth David Cemetery in Elmont, New York.
