Obituary of Joan Ullman

JOAN MADISON ULLMAN Medford, New Jersey ULLMAN Joan Madison Ullman, of Medford, New Jersey died on Wednesday September 16, 2009, at Sloan Kettering Hospital in New York City. She was predeceased by her husband Irwin and daughter Rhonda Kalikman. In addition, she is survived by four children, Marcia Koff of Scarsdale, Jeffrey Ullman of Philadelphia, Pamela Leffler of Martinsville, NJ, Stephen Ullman of St. Davids. PA and 10 grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister, Lynn Sitrin, of Delmar. A long time resident of the Cherry Hill area, Joan grew up in Albany, NY. She was a graduate of the Albany Academy for Girls and State Teachers College. Joan had a brief career as a teacher and retired to raise a family. Services were at Sharon Gardens in Valhalla, NY. The Sitrins will receive friends at their home, 11 Haddington Lane, Delmar, on Monday September 21st from 3:00p.m. to 7:00p.m.
