Obituary of Vicki Kim Littman

VICKI KIM LITTMAN 1959-2009 NISKAYUNA, NEW YORK LITTMAN Vicki K. Littman, beloved second child of Arline and Howard Littman exited this world at 1:00am on May 19, 2009 at the age of 49. She leaves behind her parents, a sister Susan and a brother Paul, two nieces, two nephews and her many relatives and friends who loved her dearly and admired her human qualities. She will live on in their memories forever. Vicki was born in Syracuse, NY on June 23, 1959 and moved to the Capital District area in 1965. She graduated from Niskayuna High School in 1977 and studied at Syracuse University for 3 years. Her education was interrupted when she was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor. She is one of the very few long term survivors of that tumor and did not die of it. She was cared for 28 years by her parents at their home. Gifted as few others with intelligence and athletic ability and endowed with beauty and a winning personality, Vicki was never discouraged by adversity. Services at the Levine Memorial Chapel 649 Washington Avenue, Albany, NY on Thursday May 21, 2009 at 12 noon. Interment will be held at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery in Schuylerville, NY on Thursday at 2:30pm.
