Obituary of Janet Mont

JANET MONT 1920-2009 MONT Rexford, New York Janet Mont, age 88 of Riverview Road in Rexford, NY died on Tuesday evening May 12, 2009 at the Schuyler Ridge Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Clifton Park. Janet was born in Schenectady and was a lifelong Capital District resident. She was a member of Congregation Agudat Achim in Schenectady and was a life member of Hadassah. Mrs. Mont belonged to many charitable organizations in the community and was active politically active She was married to Myer Mont until his passing. She is survived by a son, Richard Mont and his wife Lorraine of Rexford, NY and a daughter, Debra Corvino of Las Vegas, Nevada. She also leaves 3 grandchildren. Services were held on Friday May 15, 2009 at the Agudat Achim Cemetery in Rotterdam, NY. Those wishing to remember Janet in a special way may make a memorial contribution to a charity of your choice.
