Obituary of Priscilla Jacobs

JACOBS Hallandale, Florida Priscilla Jacobs of Hallandale, Florida passed away on the morning of January 6, 2009. She was born in London, England to Leah and Julius Marks and was the youngest of ten sisters and one brother. She was the devoted wife of Irving Jacobs for forty-two years until his passing in 1988. Priscilla lived in Florida and relished the warm weather. She most enjoyed spending time with her family in Delmar at the holidays. She will be deeply missed by her son, Dr. Edward Jacobs, her daughter-in-law, Laura, and her two cherished granddaughters, Lisa and Tami. She will always be remembered for her gentle manner, her sweetness, her kindness to others, and her deep and abiding faith. The funeral will be at Congregation Ohav Shalom on Krumkill Road at 12:30pm on Thursday, January 8, 2009. Burial will be at the Church Road Cemetery. The period of mourning will be observed at the Jacobs' residence, 146 Darroch Road, Delmar through Wednesday morning. Evening services will be held at 6:00pm. Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
