Obituary of Beatrice Wasserman

Sunrise, Florida WASSERMAN Beatrice Deerdock Wasserman, of Sunrise, Florida died Saturday morning at her residence in Sunrise. Beatrice is survived by her husband, Morris Wasserman. Loving Mother of Ellen Wolfson and her husband Stephen of West Palm Beach, Florida, Nancy Greene and her husband Dr. Elliott Greene of Altamont, NY and Melissa Wasserman of New York, NY. Cherished grandmother of Jennifer Wolfson, Wendy ( Kevin) Wolfson, Mindy ( Josh) Huber , Debbie ( Rami) Strosberg, Lisa Greene and Charlotte Wasserman Morelli. Great- grandmother to Elnatan Strosberg. She is survived by her beloved brother, Oscar ( Sophie) Deerdock. Services at Congregation Beth Israel 2195 Eastern Parkway Schenectady, NY on Wednesday January 7, 2009 at 1:30pm. Interment will follow in the Beth Israel Cemetery in Rotterdam, NY. Memorial contributions may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. The period of mourning will be observed at the home of Dr. Elliott and Nancy Greene 730 Meadowdale Road, Altamont, NY 12009 starting with a 6:00pm service this Wednesday and 4:00pm- 6:00pm for the rest of the Shiva period with a service each evening at 6:00pm.
