Obituary of Florence Toppal

TOPPAL TAMARAC, FLORIDA Florence Ginsburg Toppal, age 87 of Tamarac, Florida formerly of Troy, NY died on Sunday December 28, 2008 at the University Hospital in Tamarac, Florida. Florence was born in Troy where she resided for many years before moving to Florida. She was employed by New York State Government while residing in the Capital District. She was married to Ben Toppal until his passing in 1992. Florence is survived by a brother, Arthur Ginsburg and his wife Ethel of Westin Florida. She also leaves nieces and nephews.
