Obituary of Donna Golinkin

Donna Goldberg Golinkin, 85, of Albany, NY passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 23, 2008 at the Teresian House, Albany. She was born in Poland, daughter of Robert and Jadwiga Wolczak, and came to this country in 1959 where she worked as a seamstress for many years. She was the wife of the late Morris Goldberg and Louis Golinkin. She is survived by her children Iryth (Joe) Ferrandino of Albany and Eva (Simon) Salama of Wisconsin; her sister Stasia Andersson of Sweden and her brother Robert Wolczak of Poland; grandchildren Ami Salama, Asaf (Kim) Salama, Lani (Delmar) Hines; great-grandchildren Sydney, Jack, Delmar, Jr. and Asher; and a nephew and several nieces. She is predeceased by her daughter, Anna. A private burial service will be held on Tuesday morning in Albany. Relatives and friends may call at Levine Memorial Chapel 649 Washington Avenue, Albany, on Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. Donna's family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staff at the Teresian House for the outstanding care, love and support extended to Donna while she was in their care.
