Obituary of Allen Kenneth Greenberg

Allen K. Greenberg, 72 of Slingerlands, New York died on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at his residence. Allen was a lifelong Albany resident and was a longtime Certified Public Accountant. 

He is survived by his wife, Harriet Greenberg, son, Michael Greenberg (Melissa) of Delmar, NY, daughters, Michelle Ginsberg (Jonathan) of Burke, Virginia and Jill Hildreth (Scott) of Slingerlands, NY.  Brother of Lee Greenberg (Marcia) of Slingerlands, NY and Estelle Chase

(Marc) of Stamford, Connecticut He also leaves 5 grandchildren.

Services at Congregation Beth Emeth, 100 Academy Road in Albany on Sunday, October 6, 2019 at 1:30pm. Interment will follow in the Beth Emeth Cemetery in Loudonville, NY.  The period of mourning will be observed at the Greenberg residence, 11 Bittersweet Lane in Slingerlands, NY on Monday, October 7, 2019 commencing at 6:30pm. Those wishing to remember Allen in a special way may make a memorial contribution to the American Cancer Society, 1 Penny Lane Latham, NY 12110 or Congregation Beth Emeth.
