I am related to the part of the Moses Stern-Sarah Ullman family from 62 Clinton St., in Albany (c 1910) who were early members of the old Congregation Beth El on Herkimer. I am related through the grandson of the marriage of Samuel Applebaum and Clara Stern, Moses' daughter, who first lived on S. Ferry St., in Albany and later in the villages of Athens and Catskill in Greene County. I am doubtful that I can make either of the ceremonies, but I will be reading every article and watching the news diligently this weekend to catch a glimpse of the final respects. How wonderful that he is being returned to the newer family plot at Beth Emeth in Loudonville (most of our family is in the old cemetery in Glenmont).

At last you are home, all those years away from your beloved family and friends, whom you will finally rest with.
Thank you for the sacrifice to this wonderful nation.
