I met Jeff in March of 2015 at my daughter's and son-in-law's wedding and we quickly became friends. We had much in common especially tennis, soccer, politics & computers! We texted routinely and he was never at a loss for opinion, insight, sarcasm, and humor. We texted about the women's World Cup and Wimbledon and I had looked forward to getting his commentary on this year's US Open! I will miss the opportunity to go with him to next year's grand slam!
Jeff, I know you'll be watching the Wimbledon finals this weekend and I'll be thinking of you as I too enjoy the great tennis. I'm very sad at your untimely passing but am honored to have had your friendship and happy that you arrived in this world 69 years ago because you made it a better place.
Becky and I will miss watching you laugh, dine and dance at our wedding!
Charisse, Melissa and Jennifer, we are very sorry for your loss and hope that your lifetime of memories of Jeff will always comfort you and make you smile and laugh.
