Obituary of Reva Jacobson
Reva Veis Jacobson, 97 of Albany, NY died on Thursday evening, August 16, 2018 at the Daughters of Sarah Nursing Center in Albany. Mrs. Jacobson was born in Pittsburgh, Pa, and resided in Chicago for several years and had been a Capital District resident since 1964. Reva was a saleslady in the jewelry department at Macy’s in Colonie and received many management awards during her career. She was an excellent cook, seamstress and baker. Reva also had a great love for cats and music. She was a member of Congregation Beth Emeth in Albany.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Dr. Herbert Jacobson. Beloved mother of Trudi Jacobson and her husband John Vallely of Slingerlands, NY and Carol Weston of Spencerport, NY. Cherished grandmother of Kyle Weston. Reva was predeceased by her loving son, Frederick Jacobson
Services at the Beth Emeth Cemetery, Turner Lane in Loudonville, NY on Sunday, August 19, 2018 at 12:30pm. Friends are respectfully invited to attend.
