To all the dear friends and family of Fran!! It was indeed a pleasure to get to know Fran - a real Democrat who worked the poles faithfully and had quite a life. I still cherish her little chuckle -- adorable laugh. We were able to connect as well through the Albany Rotary -- she never missed a luncheon meeting. I lost my husband Bob last November and I am sure they are sharing stories and more stories.
