Dear Joanne, Jeffrey, Michelle, Max and Julia,
Obviously, there are no words that could possibly convey how sorry we are for your deep pain, horrible anguish and tremendous loss. We are thinking of you and praying for you.
Julia, what a magnificent young woman you have become. Your letter was so well written, insightful and heartfelt. Thank you for sharing with all who care what you and your wonderful family have endured these past several years.
