Dear Selig and Family,
I am saddened by the news of your mothers passing. Your Family became my surrogate family during my years at ACP. Your Mom and Dad were nurturing to me and I believe many other pharmacy students especially those of us who were lucky enough to work at Lincoln or were Ropes. I remember attending Rope Alumni chapter meetings hosted at alumni homes. Your parents' house was always the best and we students knew that we wouldn't have to worry about dinner that night for 2 reasons, the food was delicious and there was plenty of it and the students were always encouraged to take some home.
I don't think there is anything about your Mom that I can tell you that you aren't already aware of. I saw your Mom as a roll model for all that she did whether it was in the store, the college community, pharmacy organizations and I'm sure, although I never really saw it, in the Jewish Community. My remembrances of Bea and how she lived her life I believe that she could be described as a Woman of Valor, a righteous woman deserving of the title Ashet Chayal.
יהי רצון שהקב"ה ינחם אתכם בין אבלי ציון וירושלים.
May the Almighty comfort you among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.
Maurice

To the Corman family
My sincere condolences to your family on the passing of your Mother. I remember all the days that I spent in your home with your Mom and Dad and the fond stories that were told, the laughter and the fun still remains in my memory. Bea was a very special lady and she always made me feel so welcomed with her hugs and kisses.
May her memory be a blessing.
Love, Audrey and the Hoffman family
