On behalf of myself and my late wife Susan (Thompson) Lynd, I offer tribute to the wonderful legal counselor that was Lambert. My wife Susan is now gone, and I am now living near Boston, but I will never forget my appreciation of the manner and legal knowledge of Lambert which was very helpful to us. Lambert, may you join with the mourners of Jerusalem.

To Michael, Michele and Family and the PSG&G Family, To say that I am sad seems so inadequate. Lambert was a kind, gracious and brilliant man. I am blessed and honored to have not only known and loved him but to have been able to work with him for over three decades. May I offer my sincere condolences on the great loss of your beloved and these words of comfort: When we lose someone we love it seems that time stands still. What moves through us is a silence... a quiet sadness... A longing for one more day...one more word... one more touch... We may not understand why you left this earth, or why you left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived. And that your life gave us memories too beautiful to forget. We will see you again someday, in a heavenly place where there is no parting. A place where there are no words that mean good-bye. Said a wise man to one in deep sorrow, “I did not come to comfort you; God only can do that, but I did come to say how deeply and tenderly I feel for you in your affliction'". May he rest in sweet peace. Estelle (Toddy) Mangione Lisky

Lambert, you were a guiding light to Sandy and me when we arrived here the Capital District 44 years ago. As our lawyer you did everything for us legally that had to done in a professional but easy way. As a friend you introduced us to the customs and ways of the area. You witnessed the birth of our children, their Bar Mitzvahs and their weddings. You were a sage and a teacher leading us through the maze of tax laws and mortgage details. Above all you were a trusted friend. You were the ultimate renaissance man. In a word you were a mensch. May you rest in peace and be a blessing to all of Israel.
