Dr. Leonid I. Barats, 79 of Albany died on Saturday, February 11, 2017. Dr. Barats practiced dentistry in Russia as well as in Tennessee Dr. is survived by 2 sons, Dr. Lev Barats and his wife Svetlana of Slingerlands, NY and Alex Barats of Brooklyn. He also leaves a sister Raisa Lerner also of Brooklyn Services at the Beth Emeth Cemetery, Turner Lane Loudonville, NY on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at 1:00pm.
