Obituary of Judith Shulman

Judith “Judi” Shulman, age 63 of Delmar, New York died on Friday evening, October 21, 2016 at the Hospice Inn at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany
Judi was born in White Plains, New York and was the daughter of the late Robert and Bernice Shulman. She was a graduate of the Bethlehem Central High School and received her Bachelors and Masters degrees from Siena College. Judi was a Certified Expert bridge teacher, and taught in many locations, including the Albany Jewish Community Center and the Russian Orthodox Community Center in Colonie. She was also a duplicate bridge director. Judi had achieved the title of Diamond Life Master in bridge.
Judi is survived by her loving sister Deborah (Shulman) LaViolette, and her beloved nephew and niece, Alex and Amelia LaViolette, all of Laurel, Maryland. Special friend of Lynn Deas and Rich Kasprowicz of Schenectady, New York. She also leaves many wonderful friends in the bridge community.
A memorial service will be held at the Levine Memorial Chapel, 649 Washington Avenue in Albany on Sunday, October 30, 2016 at 11:00am. All are welcome to attend.
