Obituary of Eileen M. Cohen

Eileen Dreisenstock Cohen, age 89 of East Schodack , NY died on Friday, February 12, 2016 at Memorial Hospital in Albany. Born in Albany, NY , Eileen was the daughter of the late William and Eva Dreisenstock. She was a homemaker and an active member of the East Schodack Garden Club and a member of the Independent Benevolent Society in Albany Eileen also enjoyed quilting. She will be remembered as a good and generous friend, grandmother and aunt. Eileen is survived by her husband of 72 years, Philip Cohen. Loving Mother of Robert Cohen and his wife Rose of Locust Grove, Virgnia, Marilyn Clopman and her husband Joseph of Port St.Lucie, Florida and Susan Kugler and her husband Dennis of East Schodack, New York . Sister of Joyce Rhubin of Schenectady, NY,Carol Brand and her husband Harvey of Salem, Massachusetts and Saul Cohen and his wife Jean of Montclair, New Jersey. Grandmother of Andrew Clopman, Mark Clopman, Nathan Clopman, Kathryn Kugler Schmieding and William Kugler. She also leaves 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Services at the Levine Memorial Chapel, 649 Washington Avenue in Albany on Sunday, February 14, 2016 at 1;00pm. Interment will follow in the Independent Benevolent Cemetery on Fuller Road in Albany.
