Obituary of Benjamin Eric Berger

BERGER NORTH GREENBUSH, NEW YORK Benjamin Eric Berger, 16, of North Greenbush , passed away suddenly at 3:15 on the eighteenth of January, 2016 at Albany Medical Center. Ben was born at Samaritan Hospital on May 21st, 1999 and was a lifelong resident of Rensselaer County . He was a sophomore at Columbia High School and participated in the Capitol Region Miracle League. Ben’s infectious laugh touched all who knew him and his joyful nature was apparent without the use of words. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Grace Gee and his grandfathers Kenneth Loyal Gee and Raymond Berger. He is survived by his parents, Elizabeth and Edward Berger, Sister Emma, Brother Henry and his twin sister Margaret, with whom he shared a special bond.‎ He also leaves his grandmother, Florence Berger Services will be held at the Congregation Beth Emeth 100 Academy Road in Albany New York on January 20th at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow in the Beth Emeth Cemetery in Loudonville, NY Family will receive friends at the Berger residence following the burial until 8:00 PM.
