Obituary of Esther Viplick

Esther Dembrosky Viplick age 90 of the Daughters of Sarah Nursing Home in Albany died on Monday evening, January 19, 2015 at the nursing home. Born in Troy, Esther was a lifelong Capital District resident. In addition to residing in Troy for many years she also resided in Latham and at the Atria Shaker in Albany. She was a graduate of Troy High School and was a longtime member of Temple Beth El in Troy. Esther was a member of the Red Hat Society and enjoyed playing cards. She had been employed as a secretary for radio station WROW and retired from the NYS Dept. of Environmental Conservation where she had been a secretary. Esther was married to Philip Viplick until his passing in 1980. Loving Mother of Jeffrey R. Viplick and his wife Donna of Cohoes, NY. Grandmother of Cari Dobrzanski Majors (Paul) and Erin Dobrzanski Brown (Zach) both of Lithia, Florida and Joseph Dobrzanski of Land o Lakes, Florida. Great grandmother of Lilah and Eli Majors and Paxton and Maddox Brown. Esther was also predeceased by her daughter, Leda and son-in –law, Joseph Dobrzanski of Valrico, Florida and her grandson, Scott Dobrzanski. Services at Temple Beth El, 411 Hoosick Street in Troy, NY on Sunday, January 25, 2015 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in the Beth El Cemetery on Belle Avenue in Troy. Following the service of interment friends and family are invited to the library at the Hilton Garden Inn, 235 Hoosick Street in Troy where there will be a reception. The period of mourning will also be observed at the Hilton Garden Inn on Sunday evening from 5-7pm Those wishing to remember Esther in a special way may make a memorial contribution to Temple Beth El or National Parkinson Foundation, Inc, 200 SE 1st Street Suite 800, Miami, Florida 33131
