i have known Lenny since I was a child,My mom had worked for him at David's and casual set.He also was one of the Most kindest, caring, loving, humans I known. He was there for our family many years ago when we experienced a terrible tragedy. He helped all of us though a very difficult time. His love and kindness was always so appreciated. Your mom was also such a great lady the loss of both of them I am sure is very hard. My prayers and love are with the entire family i send all my family's love and prayers.

I wanted to share this with you:
I played Perchik to Lenny's Tevya in Fiddler at Schenectady Light Opera Company. During oneperformance, a cast member missed an entrance, leaving Lenny and me on stage. After a minute or so of ad libbng, the missing actor made her entrance, and the show went on, with no one the wiser.
Later, backstage, I joked with Lenny that I had been thinking of saying that I had to leave, and going off stage myself, leaving him alone on stage. I asked what he would have done.
Without blinking an eye, he said that he'd simply have another conversation with God.
He was the consummate professional, as well as an extraordinarily talented actor and a lovely man.
Lenny's having his conversation with God now. And God is smiling.

It is with great sorrow I read this tribute and learned of the passing of Lenny Tucker. When I was a young girl in Albany, I would often go to my friend, Lauren Tucker's, house for sleep overs and play dates. My parents were friends with Lenny and Naomi so their lives became a part of my youth. Lenny was such a lively and outgoing man and always had a smile for me and my sister, Adela (may her memory be for a blessing).
I am sending my deep and heartfelt condolences to Lauren and Jack and the rest of the family. I just learned that Naomi passed away in 2013. So sorry for that big loss, as well.
With warmth, support and sorrow-
Margery "Margie"

Please accept our heartfelt condolences. Lennie, your father and grandfather, was a very special person. You were, indeed, very fortunate and blessed with him in your life.
I, Bill, enjoyed his company in the many trips to the Library with him. Also, the luncheons afterwards where interesting conversations took place. He missed Naomi so very much. Certainly hope they have been reunited now.
Treasure all your wonderful memories and enjoyed times with him.
Respectfully, Bill and Edna

I am so sorry to hear of Lenny's passing. He was a wonderful man.
I had the honor of playing opposite him in Fiddler at SLOC. I learned more from him than from anyone else I have ever worked with. He was a talented and brilliant actor.
I have always remembered with fondness the time we spent together on that show. He will be greatly missed.
My most heartfelt condolences.
Lonnie

Many sympathies and condolences to Lenny's family. I knew him through my mother, Lyn Vooris, who appeared with him in many community theater productions at ACT and others in the capital district.
