Obituary of Rose Vener

ROSE VENER 1906-2011 Rose Vener, age 105 of Albany, NY died Saturday morning July 30, 2011 at her residence. Rose was born in Albany and was a lifelong resident. She had been employed for many years by the New York State Dept. of Motor Vehicles. She was a member of Congregation Beth Emeth in Albany. Rose is survived by her sister, Vivian Green of Albany, NY. and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Ben Vener and sisters, Frances Krips and Anna Shwartzer as well as her niece, Ellen Shwartzer. Services at the Beth Emeth Cemetery, Turner Lane in Loudonville, NY on Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at 11:00am. Those wishing to remember Rose in a special way may make a memorial contribution to Congregation Beth Emeth, 100 Academy Road, Albany, New York 12208.The period of mourning will be observed at the home of Vivian Green, 190 Euclid Avenue in Albany on Tuesday and Wednesday, from 2-4 and 7-9pm.
