GORDON "GARY" D. COHEN Gordon "Gary" D. Cohen, 76, of Albany, NY, passed away on May 2, 2011, in Las Vegas, NV. Gary was born 6/21/1934 in Indianapolis, Indiana and grew up in Chicago, IL. He was a veteran who served in the U.S. Army Intelligence Division, Germany with honors, earned a Bachelor's degree from University of Chicago, a Master's degree from University of Chicago, and a P.H.D. from Loyola University of Chicago. He was the Deputy Director Administration of Albany, NY, County Mental Health Center for 35 years. Loving Husband of Sarah Blacher Cohen, Deceased; beloved brother of Lori Cohen Uretz; loving Uncle to Joe and Dana Zuckerman, Howard and Mary Zuckerman, Sheila Hobreigh Fischer; loving Great Uncle to Sydney, Matthew, Jennifer, Rebecca, Rachel, Nickie and Michael and many nieces and nephews in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Services at the Independent Benevolent Cemetery, Fuller Road, Guilderland, NY on Sunday, May 8, 2011 at 10:00 am.
