Obituary of Marvin S. Hertzman

Marvin S. Hertzman age 72 passed away on Friday April 29, 2011 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady. Born in Schenectady, Marvin was a lifelong resident of the Schenectady area and a graduate of Siena College. He was a member of Congregation Gates of Heaven and owner of Marvin S. Hetzman and Company. He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years Margaret Liberski Hertzman, his children Scott Hertzman (Lynn), Amy Hertzman Meyers (Daryl) and Richard Florkiewicz (Donna). He is also survived by his grand children Marty, Rachael, Jacob, Bryan, Daniel and Sarah. Marvin also leaves a brother Barry Hertzman, many friends and his loving dog Molly Services will be held on Monday May 2, 2011 at 12:00 noon at Congregation Gates of Heaven, 852 Ashmore Drive, Schenectady. Interment will follow in Gates of Heaven Cemetery, Schenectady, New York. Memorial contributions may be made in Marvin's memory to the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, A.R.C. of Schenectady or to the Animal Protective Foundation of Scotia.
