I remember Lenore well and fondly. Many years ago-in the 80's, I worked with Lenore at RCG BOCES/Questar III. I'd see Lenore at least every month due to collaborations related to evaluatinig students and meeting their educational needs. She was so delightlful as a colleague; bright, generous with her knowledge and eager to work together. Working with her showed me what real team work could be like. She was an informal mentor and inspiration. Her family and friends must have been so proud of her! I am so glad I had even a little time with her. She is unforgettable. Thankfully, another SLP I know alerted me. We will be at the service in May!

LENORE WAS AN EXCEPTIONAL PERSON--IN HER CONCERN FOR OTHERS, IN HER DRIVE TO UNDERSTAND THE MEANING BEHIND WHATEVER CAME INTO HER PURVIEW, IN HER APPRECIATION FOR THE BEAUTY OF NATURE. IT WAS A PRIVILEGE TO BE HER FRIEND. SELMA KRAFT

Dear Mr. Barr, I was so sorry to her about your beloved Lenore. My daughter and I (and two kittens) lived next door to you in 1987 for several years. I always enjoyed our visits in the back yard, she was such a nice lady. Over the years we'd meet in the grocery store, and catch up on each others lives. Lenore was so proud of her family and grandchildren. I pray the Peace of God comforts you during this difficult time.
